Account Deletion – Midseason
Midseason allows users to delete their account directly within the mobile application.
How to delete your account:
- Open the Midseason app
- Go to Profile
- Tap “Delete Account”
- Confirm deletion
Once confirmed:
- Your account will be permanently deleted
- Your personal information (name, email, profile data) will be removed
- Your authentication credentials will be deleted
- Your associated user data will be deleted from our systems
Data Retention
Some data may be retained temporarily for:
- Legal compliance
- Fraud prevention
- Financial record keeping (if applicable)
